About the Role
Come and join our amazing Children’s Community Nursing Service as a Children’s Community Asthma Nurse specialist. If
successful, you will be instrumental in supporting development and delivery of a shared care pathway between the
community and acute setting. One which collaborates with the wider North West London Asthma network to enable tangible
change for Children and Young people and their health outcomes. Come and join us in making a real difference where it
really matters.
Our Asthma team deliver primarily clinic-based care, carrying out respiratory assessment, inhaler use and technique,
