About the Role

We are recruiting for a Children's Community Clinical Support Worker who shares our vision to be trusted to provide

consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

The Children's Continuing Care Team provides specialised, child specific respite service to children and their families

with complex health needs/profound disabilities in the child's own home throughout East & North Hertfordshire.

Clinical Support Workers will be responsible for independently delivering specialist nursing care within the family home

without direct supervision.
