Children's Community Nurse Associate - Part time

About the Role

This role is based in our West locality, however we offer a countywide service and travel to other areas/bases is

required on a regular basis. Our core service hours are between 08.00-20.00, 7 days a week, including, evenings,

weekends and bank holidays. This role is for 22.5 hours per week. If necessary, flexible working adjustments can be
