Children's Community Nurse
About the Role
The post holder will be responsible for the clinical care and treatments of children and young people as part of the
Childrens community nursing team The children and young peoples needs are paramount and nursing support to the child or
young person will be delivered by the team wherever that child or young person is, working in home, and school settings
for all children and young people aged 0 19 years. The post holder will be flexible with their hours to provide support
before school and in the evening, including contributing towards a 24/7 palliative care service. They will assist in the
implementation and lead of clinical areas, ensuring that areas of practice are evidence based, effective and meet any
