You will be key in clinically leading a multidisciplinary Childrens and Young Peoples Community Nursing Team that
engages across multiple health care partners. You will contribute to the clinical development of the Team, whilst
prioritising specialist practice effectively to support the demands of the Service, focusing on the health and wellbeing
