About the Role

The post holder is expected to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of the child/young person (CYP) in the

community setting, children's centre and acute paediatric ward. The CYP will have a nursing need, categorised into four

main groups.

1. CYP with acute and short term conditions.

2. CYP with long term conditions.

3. CYP with disabilities and complex conditions.
