About the Role
Band 5 - Children's Community Nurse - 37.5 hours per week
The Children’s Community Nursing Team is integral to the Ambulatory Model that is offered and delivered within the
Tameside and Glossop locality. The team accepts direct referrals from the emergency department, children’s observation
and assessment unit, children’s ward and local GP’s working hard to facilitate early discharge from hospital in addition
to providing a rapid response service to prevent unnecessary hospital attendance/admission.
