About the Role
Triaging referrals for the service. Ensuring all relevant information and clinical evidence is provided to support
accepting the referral. Maintain up-to date clinical knowledge, skills and competence. For example, through attending
relevant courses, other evidence-based learning and engagement with colleagues working in other care settings such as
tertiary care centres. Demonstrate a high level of skill and confidence in delivering training using a range of
resources and teaching styles, adapting to the setting/professional group training is being delivered to. Ensure that
all appropriate guidelines, child specific care plans, clinic letters and competencies are available to ensure high
