About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated individual who enjoys supporting children and young people with health needs

to thrive in community settings. The post holder will help identify the training needed to support each child’s care and

provide clear, child‑specific education to non‑healthcare professionals as well as supporting children and young people

with specialist equipment needs. We are seeking someone who is comfortable working both independently and in

collaboration with others, uses sound clinical judgement to guide decision making, and maintains a professional and

confidential approach at all times.
