We are seeking an experienced and compassionateBand 6 Children’s Continuing Care Nurseto join our dedicated team

supporting children and young people with complex health needs across Bedfordshire and Luton. This role offers a unique

opportunity to work autonomously while being part of a small, supportive nursing team delivering specialist, family

centred care in homes, schools, and community settings.

You will work in partnership with children, young people, their families, and a wide range of professionals to ensure

safe, coordinated, and holistic care.
