About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Band 6 Children’s Diabetes CNS to join an established team dedicated to

managing diabetes in children at Ipswich Hospital. You will provide specialist clinical advice and care to children and

young people with diabetes.

We are looking for a confident innovative and experienced children’s nurse who will be required to work within a

multidisciplinary team providing support to acute services. You will need to be a good team player and be able to

develop collaborative working relationships with other healthcare professionals, services and agencies.
