About the Role
Join our dedicated Children's Diabetes Team at Somerset NHS Foundation Trust, where you'll play a vital role in
supporting children and young people with diabetes and their families. The team provides a cross-county service, and you
will be based on the Children's Unit at Musgrove Park Hospital, delivering specialist advice, education, and care in
hospital, community, and school settings.
This is an exciting opportunity for a registered children's nurse with experience in paediatrics and a passion for
supporting children with diabetes. There is an option for this post to commence as a Band 5 development post, depending
