About the Role
About Us Children and Family Care Services supports Children/Young people aged 0 -18yrs who have a diagnosed disability
and are open to the Disability Social work teams. We are dedicated to empowering disabled children and young people to
lead fulfilling lives, regardless of the challenges they face. We support children and their families around their
needs, no matter how complex, ensuring they receive the support and care they deserve. We provide domiciliary homecare,
and short break opportunities for young people in their own homes and local community. Our team is passionate about
making a positive difference in the lives of those we support. We believe in fostering a supportive and inclusive
