About the Role

The Long-Term Conditions pathway, part of the Children’s Care Group within RDaSH, are seeking an experienced,

enthusiastic and motivated Children's Epilepsy Nurse Specialist with prescribing qualification to covering the Borough

of Doncaster within a community setting.

You will be part of an integrated team working alongside Children’s Specialisms (Children’s Community Nursing, Epilepsy,

Special School Nursing, and TB). You will work closely with a wide MDT ensuring seamless care for children/young people

with Epilepsy.
