Responsibilities
- Ensure safety and well-being of all children

Requirements
- Experience as a Registered Manager or similar role
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management
- Strong knowledge of relevant regulations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills

Compensation
Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £60,000 per annum, plus additional performance-related bonuses.
