*MUST HAVE MINIMUM Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare AND 12 MONTHS EXPERIENCE*

*Type of home: *Emotional and Behavioural disorders (SEMH).

*Salary: *Up-to £65,000 dependent on experience.

*Essential experience: *EBD children with SEMH conditions.

You must have an In-depth knowledge of safeguarding legislation, Children’s Homes Regulations, Ofsted inspection
