About the Role

This specialist role requires clinical expertise and the ability to manage and prioritize workloads. You will take clinical ownership of your client caseload, creating and managing bespoke care plans while leading training for Healthcare Assistants.

Responsibilities

  • Take clinical ownership of client caseloads.
  • Create and manage bespoke care plans.
  • Lead clinical training for support staff.
  • Ensure compliance with care standards.
  • Review clinical paperwork and MAR Charts.
  • Build relationships with clients and families.

Requirements

  • Valid NMC Pin with 2 years’ experience.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle access.
  • Experience in airway management and ventilation.
  • Skills in enteral feeding and suctioning.

Compensation

Salary ranges from £38,000 to £42,000 per annum, plus bonuses.

Location & Schedule

Based in Heywood, Lancashire, with full-time shifts from Monday to Friday.
