Children's Outreach Specialist Nurse

About the Role

JOB SUMMARY: As part of the clinical teams act as a point of contact for symptom control, support and management advice

for all children and young people throughout the palliative care pathway within the Helen & Douglas House catchment

area. To promote seamless care by working in a variety of settings, acting as a defined link between hospice, hospital

and community. To enhance the knowledge and skills of other health professionals across all settings. With the Learning

and Development Lead, contribute to the planning and provision of training and education for staff within the

organisation.
