Were growing our Community Nurse Team at Acorns Children's Hospice Trust! We have an exciting opportunity in our Black

Country Hospice, Walsall for an experienced Community Nurse to join the team. In this new role, youll use your

expertise, compassion and clinical skills to provide comprehensive, evidence-based nursing care to children and young

people who have a range of complex health needs and life limiting or life-threatening conditions. About the Role Acorns

provides care for babies, children and young people, who have life-limiting or life-threatening conditions. Our
