About the Role

Lavoro Care is seeking a Children's Complex Needs Support Worker in Liverpool. This role involves providing essential support to children with complex needs, helping them develop skills for independent living. You will create a safe environment and use various communication methods to encourage and empower children to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and therapeutic resources
• Help children achieve their goals as a positive role model
• Monitor children’s physical and emotional wellbeing
• Assist with developing social skills and relationships
• Support children with daily activities
• Provide guidance to promote independence

Requirements

• At least 1 year’s relevant experience in care or education
• Full UK driver’s licence required
• Enhanced DBS Check needed, transferable DBS accepted
