Children's Residential Support Worker

About the Role

Ashiyana House is a new 2 bed therapeutic children's home located in the heart of Redditch, Worcestershire. We are

currently seeking full time Residential Support Workers to join our vibrant and dedicated team in providing care and

support to children aged 8-18 with learning disabilities, Autism and behavioural needs. The role involves supporting

children in various activities within the home and local community as well as ensuring all aspects of their health and

well-being needs are met. As part of the role you may also be require you to carry out personal care in accordance with

care plans and risk assessments.
