Children's Residential Team Leader

About the Role

Ashiyana House is a new 2 bed therapeutic children's home located in the heart of Redditch, Worcestershire. We are

currently seeking a full time Team Leader to join our vibrant and dedicated team in providing care and support to

children aged 8-18 with learning disabilities, Autism and behavioural needs. This is a key leadership role within the

home which will see you working alongside the Registered and Deputy Manager to ensure the smooth day to day operation of

the home. As well as supporting the children within the home, you will also support and supervise the staff team. To be

successful in your application, you MUST be able to demonstrate good knowledge of The Children's Homes (England)
