their Children's Residential Home in the Redditch area. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and inspire a team

dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to young people.

This role offers an hourly rate between £15.50 and £17, making it a rewarding opportunity for the right candidate. With

a shift pattern of 2 on 4 off, you’ll have a great work-life balance. Additionally, the sleep-in rate is £70, providing

extra benefits for those overnight stays.
