Children's Residential Waking Night Support Worker

About the Role

Ashiyana House is a new 2 bed therapeutic children's home located in the heart of Redditch, Worcestershire. We are

currently seeking full time Waking Night Residential Support Workers to join our vibrant and dedicated team in providing

care and support to children aged 8-18 with learning disabilities, Autism and behavioural needs.

The role involves supervising and supporting children throughout the night from 20:00 untill 08:00 the following day.

Waking night support staff are expected to remain awake and alert throughout their shift, responding to the needs of

children and maintaining security of the home. There is also an expectation to maintain records, health and safety and
