As a Children's Residential Worker with Surrey County Council, you will create nurturing environments for children in care. Responsibilities
- Build effective relationships with children and staff.

Requirements
- Must be 22 years or older.
- Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare required.
- Right to work in the UK essential.
- Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Experience in childcare or related fields preferred.

Compensation
The starting salary for this role is £30,647 per annum, based on a 36-hour week, with additional pay for weekends and bank holidays.
Location & Schedule
Positions available in Guildford, Woking, Walton on Thames, Epsom, and Redhill. Flexible scheduling required.
