About the Role

Duties and responsibilities

To assist in assessing need, planning, implementing and reviewing programs and care

plans. Provide support to Children and young people who are being looked after in the

community, so as to meet their assessed needs. Such support to be governed by

legislation and guided by the principles and policies of Holywell Children’s Services.
