About the Role
We are looking for passionate, patient and motivated Female Support Workers to join our exceptional team, supporting
children across the Cheshire East area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality care to children aged 5–18 (and
occasionally younger) who present with challenging behaviours , often associated with ADHD, Autism, or related
conditions.
Experience in community care for children with challenging behaviours and an understanding of Positive Behavioural
Support plans is essential.
