About the Role
Children’s Support Worker – Classroom Environment Ready to make a real impact in a specialist school setting? We’re
recruiting for a compassionate Children’s Support Worker to join a dedicated team in Frodsham, supporting pupils aged
2–17 with autism, PMLD, SEMH, and complex needs. Small class sizes, strong staff support, and a warm, structured
environment make this an ideal opportunity to gain classroom experience. What you’ll do: * Support children 1:1 and in
small groups across early years, primary, and secondary phases * Help pupils regulate, communicate, and engage through
sensory and therapeutic approaches * Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver consistent, child-centred care
