About the Role

Children’s Support Worker required to work in Holywood at a residential home belonging to the South Eastern Health and

Social Care Trust. 

This rewarding role involves working with young people who may present with complex emotional and behavioural needs ,

including anxiety, emotional dysregulation, and attachment-related difficulties. The successful candidate will play a

key role in providing consistent, person-centred care and helping to create a safe, supportive, and structured

environment where young people can feel secure and develop positively.
