About the Role

Join Nurseplus as a Children’s Support Worker and make a meaningful impact in the lives of vulnerable children and young adults. You will provide compassionate care within their homes, supporting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support and promote the well-being of children.
• Manage complex behaviours and crisis intervention.
• Assist with educational development and personal care.
• Encourage independence in daily activities.
• Follow personalised care plans for each client.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Good standard of English communication.
• Clear enhanced DBS check.
• Full UK driving licence and own vehicle.

Compensation
