About the Role

We are recruiting for a Children's Support Worker.

You will be a core member of the Children's Home-Based Short Breaks team based at Capital House where you will

bedelivering care, both clinical and non-clinical to patients/ clients.

You’ll also be key in supporting patients with their ownself-care and independence.
