About the Role
As a Children's Support Worker, you will provide dedicated 1:1 support to young people, helping them navigate their social, emotional, and mental health challenges. This role involves working 39 hours per week with a mix of shifts and sleepovers.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized support to young individuals
- Engage in activities like cooking and outings
- Build trusting relationships with children
- Assist with daily living skills and routines
- Maintain a safe and nurturing environment
Requirements
- Manual driving license required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
