About the Role
The Band 5 Community Nurse will provide essential nursing care in the community, focusing on patient independence and well-being. You will work within a supportive team to ensure holistic care delivery.
Responsibilities
- Deliver nursing interventions, including wound care and medication administration.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and review care plans with senior nursing staff.
- Monitor vital signs and perform clinical tasks as needed.
- Support patients in managing long-term conditions and recovery.
Requirements
- Registered nurse with current NMC registration.
- Strong clinical skills in wound care and palliative care.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.
- Full driving licence and access to a car.

Location & Schedule
Position based in Kincardine and Mearns, covering Portlethen, Stonehaven, Laurencekirk, and Inverbervie. Part-time hours of 22.2 per week.
