About the Role

Ward 217 Surgical High Dependency Unit (SHDU) has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated band 3 Health Care

Support Worker to become part of the team. We are an 18 bedded HDU for all Level 2 patients, inclusive of all surgical

specialities and polytrauma. Successful applicants should have a genuine interest in Surgical HDU nursing and experience

in an acute setting would be beneficial. Being able to manage and prioritise their own workload and work well within a

team is essential.

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate excellent communication skills and be able to motivate themselves and others.
