team within a special school in Stratford-upon-Avon. The school caters for pupils aged 3–19 with a wide range of Special

Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including complex needs, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and non-verbal

communication. The school provides a nurturing, inclusive environment built on high expectations, mutual respect, and

individuality. Pupils are supported to develop confidence, independence, and essential life skills, preparing them for
