We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual to join NHS Dumfries and Galloway’s Acute & Diagnostic
Administration Services Team as a Clerical Officer/Audio Typist.
The post holder will transcribe from digital dictation, letters, reports and discharge summaries for patients from
outpatient clinics, patients discharged from wards and other outpatient appointments and will maintain patient records.
Other duties also include dealing with incoming calls, mail, scanning and electronic filing of patient information
