About the Role
Ensure accurate and consistent SNOMED coding to support patient recall systems and maintain high-quality, comprehensive
medical records. Summarise the medical history of all new patients using both paper records and electronic sources,
ensuring completeness and accuracy. Prepare and review patient records prior to granting Online Access, ensuring they
are appropriately summarised and meet practice standards. Open, sort, scan, and accurately code all incoming
correspondence, including referral letters, hospital communications, and other confidential documentation. Appropriately
allocate and forward clinical correspondence or tasks to the relevant GP, nurse, or pharmacist for action. Liaise with
