About the Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Clinical Audit & Quality Improvement Facilitator to join a

well-established Quality Assurance team. Your main role will be to support the Trust and its clinicians in the

facilitation of a wide range of clinical audit activity and Quality Improvement Projects.

The post holder will support a wide range of work from mandatory national audits to locally identified audits. Support

for compliance with national guidance (NICE guidance) will also be part of this role. The post holder will have

responsibility for supporting audit for specific divisions. As an Clinical Audit & Quality Improvement Facilitator, you
