Clinical Care Technician (24 hrs/week) - Periop/PACU

About the Role

The Clinical Care Technician at Tufts Medicine provides essential nursing support in the Periop/PACU units. This role involves assisting professional nurses with patient care, ensuring safety, and maintaining a supportive environment for patients and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist registered nurses with patient care tasks.
• Provide support for daily living activities.
• Communicate patient data to nursing staff.
• Prepare rooms for patient admissions and transfers.
• Transport patients safely within the facility.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant or similar role.
• Completion of Nursing Fundamentals preferred.
• Acute care experience is advantageous.

Compensation

The pay range for this position is $20.12 - $25.15 per hour, based on qualifications and experience.
