Responsibilities

• Manage Jersey General Hospital operations and site allocations.
• Coordinate services with clinical and support managers.
• Provide expert advice to the multidisciplinary team.
• Ensure quality, safety, and efficiency in patient care.
• Deliver a person-centered service with autonomy.

Requirements

• 1st level Registered Nurse or registered AHP.
• Minimum 4 years post-qualification experience.
• Experience in acute or critical care settings.
• Management training or skills required.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and patient safety.
