Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire the team to enhance resident experiences.
- Ensure adherence to care standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager on policies and training.

- Manage overall care home operations and reporting.
- Promote health and safety for all individuals.
- Facilitate staff training and development.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
- Experience in team management and supervision.
- Knowledge of clinical governance and quality programs.
- Strong commitment to quality care and leadership.

Compensation
The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £23.42 per hour, totaling £47,495.76 annually. This is a permanent full-time role for 39 hours per week.
Location & Schedule
This position is based in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, with a full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.
