Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire the team to enhance resident experiences.

Requirements

• Registered Nurse with an active NMC Pin.
• Experience in team management and supervision.
• Knowledge of clinical governance and quality programs.

Compensation

The successful Deputy Manager will receive an excellent salary of £23.42 per hour, totaling £47,495.76 annually. This is a permanent full-time role for 39 hours per week.

Location & Schedule

This position is based in Newtownabbey, Northern Ireland, with a full-time schedule of 39 hours per week.
