This post is required to support clinical leadership on the ward, with a focus on the safety and quality aspects of

Patient care. The role is critical to the timely management of incidents, supporting the MDT and driving the patients

input to co-produced services. This role is critical in ensuring the ward team benefits from visible clinical

support/direction and it enables a firm career structure for succession planning.
