About the Role

We are seeking a Clinical Director to lead our established veterinary practices in Aberdeenshire. This role involves inspiring a dynamic team, delivering high-quality clinical services, and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team of veterinary professionals.
• Deliver high-quality clinical services consistently.
• Drive continuous improvement in clinical performance.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Support business development and interpret financial data.

Requirements

• Experience as a veterinary surgeon with clinical duties.
• Strong leadership and team engagement skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Flexibility to adapt and support colleagues.
• Knowledge of business development and KPIs.

Compensation
