Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians and nurses for accurate medical documentation.

  • Communicate with physicians to validate observations and documentation.
  • Support focused documentation reviews and special projects.
  • Ensure documentation meets coding and reimbursement standards.

Requirements

  • Massachusetts RN licensure required.
  • Experience in patient care, case management, or utilization review.
  • Knowledge of clinical documentation practices and ICD-10-CM codes.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with physicians.
  • Ability to use specialized computer systems for data analysis.

Compensation

Compensation will be discussed during the interview process, with potential for a signing bonus based on eligibility.

Location & Schedule

Located in Central Massachusetts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
