Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians and nurses for accurate medical documentation.
- Review inpatient records for payer populations and clinical specialties.
- Communicate with physicians to validate observations and documentation.
- Support focused documentation reviews and special projects.
- Ensure documentation meets coding and reimbursement standards.
Requirements
- Massachusetts RN licensure required.
- Experience in patient care, case management, or utilization review.
- Knowledge of clinical documentation practices and ICD-10-CM codes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with physicians.
- Ability to use specialized computer systems for data analysis.

Compensation
Compensation will be discussed during the interview process, with potential for a signing bonus based on eligibility.
Location & Schedule
Located in Central Massachusetts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
