About the Role
To be professionally accountable for the maintenance of standards of professional practice as set by the appropriate
regulatory body applicable to your profession or role.
To work within the theatre department and support the Practice Development Practitioner with the assessment of training
needs and subsequent development and delivery of training programmes including local induction, in-house training and
on-going educational and clinical development programmes for healthcare students, TSA's, Nurses and ODP's.
The post holder will liaise with theatre staff and be responsible for the provision of continuing education and training
