About the Role

Registered midwife/Midwifery degree or equivalent Significant post registration experience and evidence of post

registration study ALSO /NALS/NIPE desirable Up to date knowledge of current Midwifery issues and practice Awareness of

professional responsibilities to self and others Awareness of current national changes in nursing / NHS Ability to plan,

asses, implement and evaluate care Prioritise tasks Develop and maintain positive working relationships Motivate self

and others , provide high quality care in a highly charged environment Excellent organisational prioritisation,

delegation and communication skills
