About the Role

The post holder will work within the Midwifery Education Team to assist with the facilitating of clinical education and

training and to ensure all maternity staff provide safe evidenced care. In addition to delivering formal education and

training there is the requirement that a high level of clinical visibility and competence is maintained, approximately

50 % per week.

You will be required to support maternity staff including newly recruited midwives, whilst acting as a professional role

model and using clinical expertise. The post holder will need to demonstrate safe, evidence based- this is in the first
