Clinical Educator with ‘Early Career’ Support

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic midwife to join the team as an Early Career Support Midwife to

provide clinical support to newly qualified midwives transitioning from student to autonomous practitioner, offering

structured support, mentorship (named preceptor/buddy), protected study days, and clinical guidance to build confidence

and competence in antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care across integrated community and hospital setting.

The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience and be up to date and confident with all clinical skills.
