About the Role

As the Clinical Excellence Lead at Belong, you will champion clinical excellence and drive quality improvement across our villages. This role involves embedding best practices in care, mentoring nursing teams, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. You will play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation in dementia and nursing care.

Responsibilities

• Champion clinical excellence and infection prevention.
• Embed regulatory and clinical governance frameworks.
• Provide clinical coaching and mentorship to nursing teams.
• Lead infection control initiatives across all villages.
• Conduct clinical learning reviews and audits.
• Collaborate with quality and operational leads.

Requirements

• Registered General Nurse with current NMC registration.
• Evidence of clinical leadership or specialist qualifications.
• Experience in adult social care or community nursing.
• Strong understanding of clinical governance and standards.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.

Compensation

The salary for this position is £65,000 per year.

Location & Schedule

This role is based in various Belong villages across the UK.
