About the Role

• To create and promote a conducive learning environment that optimises the safe delivery of enhanced nursing care for

patients requiring orthopaedic and musculoskeletal care.

• To facilitate best practice and evidence-based knowledge and skill development for staff in order to optimise highest

quality safe nursing care in the clinical area.

Promote and enable the delivery high standards fundamental of care through supporting individual staff with developing

clinical knowledge and skills that assure safe enhanced nursing care are delivered to patients.
